本生产线可将常见的水果、蔬菜、糙米、菇类、中药等原料通过微生物发酵做成酵素。
Features:
为了防止杂菌生长和产生酒精,可加入酿造米醋及比较高浓度的异麦芽糖蔗糖或红糖等;发酵周期比较长,一般为几个月至两年等。也可采用二次发酵工艺,既经过后熟工艺得到微生物酵素产品。产品菜式有液状、膏状、粉状及固体颗粒等。
